About Us

Caring for Those Who Care for the World

Our Purpose

Be exalted, O God, above the heavens! Let your glory be over all the earth.

Psalm 57:5

One Another Ministries proclaims the message of Jesus Christ and provides professional training, consulting, counseling, and resourcing for the development and care of mission organizations and their members, churches on the mission field, and their leaders.

As the servants of Christ around the world are strengthened, the gospel will shine more brightly, and God will be glorified.

One Another Ministries provides a safe environment for leaders and those on the front lines to explore the real issues, which are to be confronted and the tools to prosper in ministry.

New and complex challenges confront the Great Commission today. Global ministries face heightened pressures and demands of all kinds. They encounter changes at such a pace that effective strategies are hard to find and maintain. Organizations, structures, policies, and personnel prepared at home do not always survive when tested by the realities on the field. Without the right tools and support, organizations struggle; and their workers become discouraged, exhausted, vulnerable, ineffective, or wounded – and many simply quit.

We can help you equip your organization and personnel to face these difficulties. Our services have proven to give Christian organizations and their workers, essential tools for effective long-term ministry.

Our Distinctives

There are several elements which make our ministry distinct in nature:

One Another Ministries is a faith mission. We look to the Lord to provide for the needs of the ministry and our team. Our desire is that every missionary receive help, therefore, we do not charge for our services. We are able to do this because of the kind and generous donations of God’s people who support our ministry. Should a missionary wish to make a donation to help us continue in ministry, we will gratefully receive it, but it is not a requirement.

Help is offered on the field—close to the front lines. Our current field base is in England and serves missionaries from Europe, Africa, Central Asia, and the Middle East.

As an independent ministry, we offer a safe place and confidentiality for Christ’s servants to step out of their normal missional environment and seek the help they need to flourish in ministry.

All team members have both professional training and practical cross-cultural experience.

We have a multilingual staff.

We work with a short term intensive model. One Another offers help in a variety of settings, but usually we find that having missionaries come visit us at our field based center in England for a week of intensive debrief and counsel is most effective.
