Todd Witte

Executive Director

Todd Witte serves as the Executive Director of One Another Ministries (OAM), bringing over 30 years of ministry leadership, cross-cultural mission work, and organizational development experience to the role. His life and leadership are marked by a deep commitment to biblically centered care, a passion for mobilizing the global Church, and a calling to equip and encourage those serving on the frontlines of ministry.

Todd’s leadership journey includes decades of pastoral service in both U.S. and international contexts. He has led through seasons of significant transition, growth, and outreach—most recently serving as Executive Pastor at Midway Church in Pilot Point, Texas. There, he provided strategic oversight to staff development, financial stewardship, and local/global outreach, navigating both opportunities and crises with wisdom, collaboration, and spiritual clarity.

Having served as a missionary to Sweden with the Baptist Bible Fellowship International, Todd understands firsthand the joys and challenges of cross-cultural ministry. His experience has uniquely prepared him to lead OAM’s efforts to provide holistic care to global Christian workers—care that is often hard to find and deeply needed. Todd has also invested in developing future leaders through roles in church planting, missionary assessment, and pastoral training with organizations such as the SEND Network, Denton Baptist Association, and Mission University.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies with a cross-cultural emphasis from Boston Baptist College. He is a certified coach and trainer in church planting, ministry leadership, and vision development, and is conversant in Swedish.

Todd and his wife, Amy, have been married since 1991 and share a love for ministry, travel, and family. They have three adult children—Katie (married to Matt), Kimberly (married to Jordan), and Nick—and are enjoying life as new grandparents. Todd’s heart for the Gospel and his shepherd’s posture make him a steady and visionary presence as OAM advances its mission: caring for those who care for the world.
