Twala Andrino
Twala has spent over 35 years serving as a foreign missionary, first as a missionary kid, then as a missionary in her native Belgium. During those years, she raised her son David, a TCK, while church planting, teaching in a Bible College, and pastoral counseling.
The following years in the United States included teaching both on the high school and college level, individual and family counseling in a private practice, and practicing as an oncology and grief counselor within a hospital system. She also served on the care and counseling team of her church, as well as being a group leader for single women. Since 2012, she has served with One Another Ministries in the UK, where she is currently the Director of Clinical Services.
Twala’s education and training include a Bachelor’s degree in Missions and Education, as well as a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. Twala is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Most recently, she has trained and is certified in EMDR to better serve those suffering from trauma.
Her love for people and heart for missions brought her to One Another Ministries, where she serves those in full-time ministry on the foreign field. She believes that her life experiences and diverse professional training have prepared her in all aspects to serve the needs of Christian workers abroad.
